Equipment breakage detection system
Our system is used to determine the breakage of the teeth of the excavator bucket. The system has the following functionality:
  • Automatically recognizes a broken or worn tooth of a rotary or shovel excavator;
  • Provides notification of responsible employees through a mobile application;
  • Has an interface for integration with process control systems;
  • Evaluates the dust content and illumination of the environment.
  • Ceases to issue forecasts in case of insufficient visibility.
Driver fatigue monitoring system
The system recognizes potential risks associated with driver behavior:
  • distraction;
  • Drowsiness;
  • phone use;
  • Smoking;
  • Exceeding the speed limit on designated sections of the road
  • The system warns the driver about the violation;
  • The system notifies dispatchers.
Oversized ore monitoring system

The system indicates that oversized material has been detected and automatically stops the belt. Then a technologist operator oversized ore with help of a hydraulic hammer so that normal operation can resume.


System functionality:
  • Detects oversize in the early stages, reducing the likelihood of it falling into crushing devices;
  • Automatically stops the conveyor;
  • It has an assessment of the level of dustiness and illumination.
Particle size analysis system
System functionality:
  • The system in real mode issues the proportion of the analyzed fractions on the conveyor belt;
  • The system is resistant to minor changes in camera angles.

For example, our team has developed a System for logging the technological processes of a plant for a metallurgical company. Problem: Losses of metal in the composition of metal accretions in technological utensils as a result of disruption of the supply chain led to financial losses. All technological processes were carried out manually and were not recorded in the automated systems of the plant.

The Machine Vision System we implemented solved the problem as follows:
  • automatically recorded the duration of each process in the workshop;
  • transmitted data to the technologist about the violation of the smelting process.

How we are working

AI algorithms tend to make mistakes. Perhaps the prediction accuracy of the algorithms will not meet the needs of the business. Therefore, we always suggest customers to introduce products in stages.


Depending on the complexity of the project, the duration and approach to project implementation may vary. The product life cycle consists of the following stages:

  • 1
    Pre-project
    This stage is necessary for the conceptual requirements of the customer for the product. To do this, we conduct an integration analysis, collect requirements for hardware and system functionality.

    We also collect data in the presence of installed video cameras. In the absence of the possibility of installing video cameras, we create an artificial dataset in a 3D modeling environment.

    To test the concept, a baseline of the model with limited functionality will be developed. As a result, we will return with a technical solution with more extensive information about the functionality of the system.
  • 2
    Product Deployment
    This stage implies a full-fledged project, within which we introduce the product into the existing business processes of the Customer. the following activities are carried out:
    • Migration of the solution to the industrial environment of the customer;
    • implementation of a lifelong learning cycle;
    • integration with internal and external information systems.
  • 3
    Technical support
    After the migration of the product into the operational environment, as part of support, we improve the implemented product, optimize the code and solve possible system bugs.
